Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Support HR team in employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
