Richemont seeks an HR Executive (UAE National, fixed-term) in Dubai to support HR operations, recruitment and Emiratisation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day HR operational support across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and HR administration for the regional team.
  • Coordinate Emiratisation/Nationalisation initiatives and act as a local liaison to ensure compliance with UAE national employment policies and government targets.
  • Administer employee relations casework, providing guidance on policy, disciplinary processes and performance management in alignment with UAE Labour Law.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing accurate personnel information and liaising with external providers and payroll teams.
  • Maintain HR records and produce timely HR reporting and workforce metrics to inform management decisions.
  • Facilitate learning & development logistics, probation reviews and internal mobility processes to support retention and talent growth.
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation meet internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • UAE national (Emirati) — candidacy restricted to UAE nationals as stated in the role title.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local employment regulations.
  • Strong discretion and professionalism handling confidential personnel matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing tasks and deliver within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in the UAE market; experience within luxury retail, hospitality or a multinational environment is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
