Role & Responsibilities
- Support campus recruitment activities: liaise with universities and schools, schedule on-campus events, and coordinate employer-branding initiatives.
- Manage internship and apprenticeship lifecycles: oversee applications, assist with selection logistics, coordinate onboarding and exit processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction and training logistics for early-career hires and interns, working with internal learning teams and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and programme records in ATS/HRIS; produce regular status reports and simple analytics for campus pipelines.
- Organise and execute campus-related events (info sessions, assessment days, career fairs) including vendor, venue and stakeholder coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the Campus Manager and HR team: calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking and document preparation.
- Act as a point of contact for students and early-career hires, ensuring timely communications and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple administrative and event-related tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Fluency in French is highly recommended for this Paris-based role; strong English skills are advantageous.

No extensive professional experience required; previous internships or project work in HR, talent acquisition or campus relations is a clear advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
