Hospitality and Events Coordinator (Internship)
Richemont seeks a Hospitality and Events Coordinator intern in Couvet, Switzerland. Support event planning, guest relations and on-site execution for luxury maison events.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end coordination of corporate and client-facing events, from pre-production through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and seating plans, ensuring accurate database records and timely communication with attendees.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (venues, caterers, AV, florists) to confirm requirements, timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with on-site logistics including setup, registration, hospitality, VIP hosting and troubleshooting during events.
- Prepare event materials and briefing packs for teams and VIPs; draft agendas, run-sheets and post-event reports.
- Support basic budget tracking, invoice reconciliation and supplier administration under the guidance of the event manager.
- Maintain event documentation, inventory and supplier contact lists; contribute to continuous improvement of event processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated organisational rigor with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
- High attention to detail and a professional, discreet demeanor appropriate for luxury-brand environments.
- Flexible availability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Experience
No minimum professional experience required; previous internships or part-time roles in hospitality, events, retail or client service are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Hospitality, Events, Communications, Marketing or similar).
