Richemont seeks a High Jewelry Sales Assistant in Miami to deliver personalized service to private clients and support high-jewelry sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalized service to private clients and prospective high-net-worth customers across in-store and appointment-led environments.
- Support and execute high-jewelry sales transactions, including administration, invoicing and secure handling of high-value goods.
- Proactively develop and maintain client portfolios through structured clienteling, targeted outreach and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate and host private viewings and bespoke appointments in cooperation with store management and visual merchandising teams.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge of high jewelry, gemstones and watchmaking craft to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Ensure rigorous inventory control, stock reconciliation and adherence to loss-prevention and security protocols for high-value items.
- Contribute to merchandising and presentation of high-jewelry displays to reflect maison standards and seasonal directives.
- Support store events and trunk shows, liaising with central teams and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of client-facing experience in high jewelry or luxury jewellery retail, ideally with affluent clientele.
- Impeccable presentation, cultural sensitivity and the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable clienteling aptitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and by appointment.
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass company security/background checks.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience selling high jewelry or working within luxury jewellery retail, with demonstrable success in building and retaining relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in gemology, luxury retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
