Richemont seeks a Head of Retail (Chloé) in Taipei to lead boutique operations, P&L and client experience for the brand.

Overview

Richemont is a Switzerland‑based luxury goods holding company that manages a portfolio of maisons across jewellery, watchmaking, leather goods and fashion. Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the retail strategy for Chloé in Taipei to maximise sales, margin and brand presence across the boutique network.
  • Own boutique P&L, sales forecasts, promotional planning and commercial performance metrics.
  • Lead boutique operations and visual merchandising to ensure flawless adherence to brand standards and elevated client experience.
  • Develop, mentor and recruit retail leadership and boutique teams; set individual and team KPIs and performance development plans.
  • Align retail activities with regional and global functions (merchandising, supply chain, CRM, marketing and digital) to optimise stock flow and omnichannel client journeys.
  • Implement clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow high‑value client relationships and lifetime value.
  • Manage store opening/relocation projects, local partnerships and contract negotiations as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail with responsibility for multi‑store operations and P&L accountability.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and margin improvement in ready‑to‑wear and/or leather goods.
  • Deep understanding of luxury client service, visual merchandising and boutique standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with regional and global teams.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English; excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.

Experience

Typically 8+ years in luxury retail with progressive responsibility and at least 4–5 years in senior store/retail leadership or regional management roles, preferably within womenswear or leather goods brands and with experience in Greater China/Taiwan markets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
