Head of Human Resources
Richemont seeks a Head of HR in Taipei to lead HR strategy, talent and employee relations for its Taiwan operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the HR strategy for Richemont’s Taipei / Taiwan operations, ensuring alignment with group priorities and local business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, resource planning and capability building across HR disciplines.
- Partner with commercial, retail and corporate leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and talent acquisition to secure key capabilities.
- Drive talent management programmes including succession planning, leadership development, performance management and career frameworks.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits and reward programmes that balance group policy with local market competitiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with Taiwanese employment law and local regulations; lead employee relations, grievance handling and any labour negotiations.
- Implement and optimise HR processes, policies and HRIS reporting to deliver efficient operations and data-driven decision making.
- Lead change management initiatives, employee engagement, and culture development activities to reinforce maison values and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is desirable.
- Proven track record of senior HR leadership within luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or similarly branded service environments.
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, compliance requirements and best-practice HR processes in Taiwan.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to people metrics and decision-making.
Skills
Experience
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer goods. Experience managing HR operations in Taiwan or Greater China is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in HR, organisational psychology or business preferred.
