Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop high-impact visual concepts and creative executions for brand and product campaigns across digital, social, retail and print channels.
  • Translate strategic briefs from Brand and Marketing into cohesive visual systems that respect and elevate house codes.
  • Produce production‑ready artwork: layouts, retouching, typography, colour management and final specs for print and digital partners.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, photographers, motion designers and external agencies to deliver integrated campaign assets.
  • Adapt and scale key visuals for multiple formats and markets while maintaining brand consistency and technical standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality control throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Participate in creative reviews and present concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback with professional judgment.
  • Maintain and contribute to brand asset libraries, templates and guidelines to streamline workflow across teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across digital and print, with clear understanding of luxury visual codes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in brand, agency or in‑house creative teams, preferably within luxury goods or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent typographic and layout skills, with acute attention to detail and colour management.
  • Proven experience preparing production‑ready files and liaising with print vendors and production houses.
  • Ability to lead creative deliverables independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Experience

3–6 years of relevant professional experience producing brand and campaign creative, ideally gained in luxury-house, fashion, or premium agency environments; demonstrable experience working on multi-channel global campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent professional experience.
