Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured graduate rotation across functions (e.g., commercial, marketing, product, operations or finance) to build cross-disciplinary expertise.
  • Support project work from planning through execution, including market and competitor analysis, KPI tracking and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and briefs for business leaders and maison teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist with implementation of operational or commercial changes.
  • Take part in formal learning modules, mentoring, and performance reviews to accelerate professional development.

Qualifications

  • Recent university graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master’s) with strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, adaptability and capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical orientation and attention to detail; comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and respect for brand heritage and client confidentiality.

Experience

Internship experience or up to two years of professional experience in retail, luxury, consulting, finance, marketing or operations is advantageous; demonstrable project work or extracurricular leadership preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, humanities, design or a related discipline; a master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
