Richemont in Singapore seeks a Fragrance Retail Operations Executive to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations for the fragrance category.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations for the fragrance category, ensuring stores meet brand presentation and service standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock receipts, cycle counts, stock reconciliation and shrinkage control.
  • Coordinate merchandising and visual presentation of fragrance displays, promotional rollouts and seasonal resets in collaboration with VM and commercial teams.
  • Liaise with supply chain, distribution and external vendors to coordinate deliveries, returns and stock transfers.
  • Ensure POS systems, price integrity and merchandising data are accurate and up to date; escalate system issues to IT or regional support.
  • Produce regular operational and sales KPI reports; analyse operational metrics and recommend corrective actions to improve availability and sell‑through.
  • Implement loss prevention procedures and ensure compliance with local regulations for fragrance product handling and labelling.
  • Deliver operational training and coaching to store teams on stock procedures, replenishment and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, supply chain or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, ideally within luxury, beauty or fragrance categories.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a documented track record in inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with retail teams, regional colleagues and external vendors.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak promotional periods; legal right to work in Singapore.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations within luxury, beauty or fragrance environments, with demonstrable experience managing inventory, merchandising rollouts and cross‑functional coordination between store and regional teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, supply chain or related field preferred.
