FP&A Manager
Richemont seeks an FP&A Manager in New York to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles for assigned brands or business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust scenario analysis.
- Produce monthly management reporting and variance analysis, translating financial metrics into actionable insights for commercial and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial and sensitivity models to support strategic initiatives, merchandising decisions and product planning.
- Act as a business partner to sales, merchandising and operations teams to align commercial plans with financial targets and KPIs.
- Drive process improvements across FP&A workflows, including automation, reporting standardization and enhancement of planning tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing changes and promotional planning from a financial perspective.
- Manage, mentor and develop junior finance staff; ensure quality control over deliverables and adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or professional qualification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models and to present clear, executive-ready analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for revenue, margin and inventory decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with experience coaching junior analysts.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity; experience in luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods finance is highly desirable. Proven track record of partnering with commercial teams and driving financial discipline across multi-channel businesses.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degree or professional finance/accounting certification preferred.
