Flagship Store Manager
Richemont seeks a Sales Experience Manager for the Mansion Fifth Avenue flagship in New York to lead luxury client experience and flagship sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Mansion Fifth Avenue flagship sales team to exceed revenue, conversion and average transaction value targets while preserving the brand’s luxury standards.
- Design and implement an experiential client journey tailored to high-net-worth and VIP clientele, including personalised clienteling, outreach and after‑sales care.
- Plan and execute curated in-store events, private appointments and product unveilings in collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams.
- Coach, develop and evaluate sales associates through regular feedback, performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Manage store operations in partnership with visual merchandising and logistics to ensure impeccable presentation, inventory integrity and compliance with brand protocols.
- Analyse sales performance and client data to produce actionable insights, forecast demand and optimise staffing and merchandising decisions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and preservation of long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable leadership and people-management capability with a focus on coaching and talent development.
- Exceptional interpersonal presence and polished professional demeanour appropriate for interacting with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and ability to interpret sales KPIs and client metrics.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage simultaneous projects (events, merchandising, staffing).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by flagship operations.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; prior experience in a flagship or flagship-equivalent store and working with high-net-worth clientele is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
