Finance Controller
Richemont seeks a Finance Controller in Meyrin to lead financial reporting, month‑end close and internal controls for its Swiss operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close cycle for the assigned entity(ies), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of statutory and management reporting.
- Prepare and review consolidated management accounts, variance analysis and performance commentary for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable local accounting standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes in partnership with business owners; deliver robust financial models and sensitivity analyses.
- Coordinate and support external and internal audits, providing documentation, reconciliations and remediation of audit findings.
- Partner with operational teams to translate commercial performance into actionable financial insight and to challenge cost structures and margin drivers.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff; allocate workload and foster process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Manage ERP and reporting tool configurations relevant to finance processes and participate in system upgrades or implementations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or Swiss expert in accounting) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate financial reporting, with demonstrable experience implementing internal controls.
- Proven ability to deliver timely month-end close, consolidation and management reporting in a complex environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; capacity to present financial information succinctly to non-finance audiences.
- Comfortable managing and developing small teams while driving process standardisation and automation.

Experience
Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, preferably within a multinational or luxury goods environment, including hands-on responsibility for month-end close, management reporting and audit coordination. Prior exposure to ERP systems and consolidation tools is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or Swiss equivalent) preferred.
