Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as required by the CFO.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the luxury or finance sectors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
