Events & VIP Experience Project Assistant (Intern)
Richemont is hiring an Events & VIP Experience Project Assistant (Intern) in Paris — internship starting July 2026 to support luxury events and VIP hospitality.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Events & VIP Experience team in the end-to-end execution of brand events, client evenings and VIP hospitality programmes.
- Assist with logistics planning: venue selection, supplier coordination, transportation and on-site operations.
- Maintain and update guest lists, RSVPs and seating plans; manage VIP communications and briefing packs.
- Draft event schedules, run‑sheets and internal/external briefings; prepare presentations and materials for stakeholders.
- Monitor event budgets and supplier invoices, and assist with post-event reporting and performance analysis.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, boutiques, PR, security) and external partners to ensure consistent brand delivery.
- Provide on-site support during events, including guest welcome, VIP accompaniment and rapid troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in event management, luxury brand management, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour when interacting with VIP clients and senior stakeholders.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Professional proficiency in French and strong working knowledge of English is preferred; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
Internship-level role: candidates should have some practical exposure to events, hospitality, retail or client-facing roles through prior internships, part-time work or academic projects; 0–12 months relevant experience is acceptable.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in event management, luxury/brand management, marketing, communications or similar.
