Event Manager
Richemont seeks an Event Manager in Taipei to plan and deliver luxury brand experiences and VIP events across the region.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan and deliver brand-aligned events and experiential programmes for maisons across Taiwan and the wider APAC region.
- Manage end-to-end event production: creative concepting, venue sourcing, vendor selection, technical production, staging and on-site execution.
- Prepare and control event budgets, negotiate supplier contracts and ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising brand standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including maison marketing teams, retail leadership, PR/communications and external agencies.
- Oversee guest management and VIP hospitality, including invitations, RSVP tracking, seating plans and concierge services.
- Develop detailed run sheets, risk assessments and contingency plans; ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.
- Measure event performance and deliver post-event reporting, insights and recommendations to optimise ROI and client engagement.
- Maintain a supplier and venue network, continually vetting partners to elevate service quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, events management or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven track record of delivering high-calibre events for luxury brands, corporate clients or experiential agencies.
- Demonstrable budget management and contract negotiation experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise at senior levels and manage cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive event management experience, ideally with 3+ years delivering luxury brand activations or high-profile corporate events. Experience working with cross-border teams and agencies in APAC is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, events management or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
