EON Traceability Solution Engineer
Richemont is hiring an EON Traceability Solution Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal — lead implementation and integration of the EON traceability platform.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration and maintenance of the EON traceability platform across product lifecycles and points of sale.
- Design and execute integrations between EON and back-office systems (ERP, WMS, POS) using APIs and middleware to ensure end-to-end data flow.
- Define and enforce serialization and identification standards (SKU/GTIN/GS1) and coordinate RFID/QR-code deployment with supply chain and manufacturing partners.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and deploy corrective measures to maintain traceability SLAs.
- Work closely with product, operations and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
- Produce technical documentation, run workshops and deliver training to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to roadmap planning for traceability enhancements, proofs-of-concept and pilots (e.g., digital IDs, data analytics, blockchain pilots).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting product traceability or serialization platforms; direct experience with EON Traceability is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GS1 standards, serialization concepts and RFID technologies.
- Proven capability integrating enterprise systems (ERP/WMS/POS) via REST APIs, SOAP or middleware solutions.
- Ability to author technical specifications, run integration tests, and manage cross-functional project delivery.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of professional experience in IT integrations, supply chain systems or product traceability projects; demonstrable experience in luxury goods, retail, manufacturing or logistics is a strong advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
