Endpoint Management Engineer
Richemont is hiring an Endpoint Management Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal to manage Intune/SCCM, macOS/Windows fleets and endpoint security.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and operate enterprise endpoint management solutions to manage Windows and macOS fleets across multiple sites and geographies.
- Implement and maintain MDM and EMM policies, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, to enforce security, configuration and compliance standards.
- Manage OS imaging, provisioning and lifecycle processes using tools such as Autopilot, MDT and configuration manager workflows.
- Execute patch and vulnerability management processes in coordination with IT security, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and WSUS/patching orchestration.
- Package, test and deploy business applications; maintain application deployment pipelines and software distribution via SCCM/Intune.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver permanent remediation in collaboration with support teams and third-party vendors.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and asset records; contribute to change management and project delivery for workplace initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to local IT teams and stakeholders during rollouts, upgrades and incident response.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune in a medium-to-large enterprise.
- Demonstrable expertise with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration, OS deployment (Autopilot/MDT) and image management.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and MDM policy enforcement.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting; familiarity with additional scripting (Bash) is an advantage.
- Experience integrating endpoints with Active Directory and Azure AD; understanding of M365 platform administration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global IT, security and business stakeholders.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoint estates, with demonstrable involvement in deployments, patch management and endpoint security in a multinational environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
