Richemont in Shelton seeks an Endpoint Automation Engineer to build and maintain enterprise endpoint automation for Windows and macOS.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for enterprise endpoint lifecycle management including provisioning, imaging, patching and configuration.
- Author and maintain scripts, playbooks and templates to automate Windows and macOS endpoint tasks using industry-standard tools and languages.
- Integrate endpoint automation with central IT orchestration, CMDB and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, auditable deployments.
- Collaborate with security, desktop support and infrastructure teams to implement hardened, compliant endpoint configurations and rapid remediation workflows.
- Monitor automation outcomes, triage failures, produce runbooks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and change records.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new automation frameworks, tooling and process optimisations to reduce manual effort and incident volume.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro).
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS administration, Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with configuration management and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
- Demonstrable experience applying security controls and compliance baselines to endpoints.
Skills
Experience
Mid-level IT engineering experience, typically 3–5 years working in enterprise endpoint or desktop engineering with demonstrable delivery of automation projects and production-grade tooling.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
