Richemont seeks an Italian‑speaking e‑Boutique Sales Associate in Amsterdam to deliver personalised online client service and drive e‑commerce sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service through Richemont’s e‑boutique channels (email, live chat, telephone and video) with a focus on converting digital prospects into long‑term clients.
  • Advise clients on product selection, styling and technical details, leveraging in‑depth product knowledge to drive revenue and margin.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for online orders: qualification, pricing, payment, order entry, fulfilment coordination and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM to document interactions, preferences and follow‑up actions; execute targeted outreach and aftercare.
  • Collaborate with inventory, logistics and store teams to ensure stock availability, timely delivery and resolution of client issues or escalations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through proactive prospecting, personalised recommendations and strategic upselling.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written Italian (required).
  • Proven experience in luxury retail, boutique or e‑commerce client advisory; demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client‑centric orientation and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
