Richemont seeks an E-boutique Sales Associate (French-speaking) in Amsterdam to deliver personalised online luxury sales for Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch sales service to e‑boutique clients in French via phone, email, chat and video consultations.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end online sales process: product presentation, order capture, payment verification and fulfilment coordination.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive clienteling, timely follow‑up and post‑sale care to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with boutique teams, after‑sales and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve escalations.
  • Achieve individual and channel sales targets while contributing to conversion and average‑order‑value optimisation.
  • Keep rigorous client records and update CRM with interactions, preferences and purchase history for targeted outreach.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, technical watchmaking details and seasonal collections to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written French (required); strong command of English preferred.
  • Proven customer‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to service and confidentiality.
  • Professional telephone and written communication skills, with the ability to advise on technical product details.
  • Comfortable working flexibly to cover peak online hours and occasional events or virtual appointments.
  • Right to work in the Netherlands (or ability to obtain appropriate work authorization).

Experience
