Digital Technologies Project Manager
Richemont is hiring a Digital Technologies Project Manager in Bellevue, Switzerland to lead R&I digital initiatives and cross‑functional delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital technology projects for the Research & Innovation (R&I) domain, from requirements definition through to deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, data, design, operations and external vendors to ensure milestones, budgets and quality targets are met.
- Translate strategic R&I objectives into actionable roadmaps, clear deliverables and realistic timelines while managing project risks and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder governance, reporting progress to senior leadership and ensuring alignment across internal business partners and maisons.
- Define technical and business requirements, manage supplier contracts and oversee integration, testing and release activities.
- Promote best practices in Agile delivery, change management and user adoption; prepare project documentation, training materials and handover artefacts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a project manager delivering complex digital technology initiatives (typically 5+ years).
- Experience working with R&D, innovation labs, or digital transformation programmes — luxury goods or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multi‑stakeholder environments and third‑party vendors with strong governance and commercial acumen.
- Formal project management qualification preferred (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of five years managing digital technology projects with responsibility for cross‑functional teams, vendor partnerships and end‑to‑end delivery; experience in research, innovation or luxury/consumer goods environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline; Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred.
