Richemont is hiring a Digital Projects Coordinator Intern in Singapore — support digital project delivery, QA and stakeholder coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of digital projects across e‑commerce, marketing and digital operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (merchandising, marketing, IT) and external agencies to track deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
- Maintain project trackers, issue/action logs and produce clear status reports for project managers.
- Assist with QA and user acceptance testing: document defects, reproduce issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Prepare and upload content to CMS and ensure digital assets conform to brand guidelines.
- Draft presentations and concise data summaries for project reviews and steering meetings.
- Monitor basic project KPIs and compile routine dashboards and performance snapshots.
- Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's programme in Business, Digital Media, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Collaborative mindset with ease working across cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity for digital products and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in digital, e‑commerce or marketing environments is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable involvement in cross‑functional projects or university group projects is valued.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Media, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
