Richemont is hiring a Digital Executive in Seoul to manage digital campaigns, ecommerce and analytics for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display and programmatic channels to support brand and commercial objectives for the Korean market.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of brand ecommerce storefronts and CMS content updates, ensuring merchandising, UX and localisation are consistent with maison standards.
- Monitor and analyse website, campaign and CRM performance using analytics platforms; deliver actionable reports and recommendations to marketing and commercial stakeholders.
- Own on‑site SEO and technical SEO recommendations in collaboration with technical teams and external agencies to improve organic performance.
- Coordinate production of digital creative assets with in‑house and external creative teams; ensure assets meet technical specifications and local market requirements.
- Liaise with regional and global teams to align local activations with broader digital strategy and seasonal calendars.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships (media, analytics, CRM) including briefings, QA, and budget tracking.
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives; translate findings into scalable improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Fluent Korean and professional working proficiency in English.
- Proven experience working with luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into clear commercial actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or performance marketing, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, watches or jewellery. Demonstrated track record managing multi‑channel campaigns, analytics and local market activations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
