Digital & Client Project Manager
Richemont in Meyrin, Switzerland seeks a Digital & Client Project Manager to lead digital initiatives, CRM and client projects for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and client-facing projects (e-commerce, CRM campaigns, clienteling tools, digital marketing activations) ensuring milestones, budgets and quality targets are met.
- Define project scope, timeline, resource plan and risk mitigation; maintain RACI and escalation paths across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, engineering, marketing, retail operations and legal to ensure brand-aligned execution.
- Operate as primary client-facing project contact for maisons and key stakeholders; translate commercial requirements into digital specifications.
- Establish and run project governance: sprint planning, stand-ups, progress reporting, change control and post-launch retrospectives.
- Manage third-party suppliers and agencies, including contracts, deliverable acceptance criteria and performance SLAs.
- Oversee QA, UAT and launch readiness activities; ensure seamless roll-out, adoption and operational handover to business teams.
- Use analytics and KPIs to measure project impact and inform iterative optimisation of digital client journeys.
Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering complex digital projects, ideally within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or premium consumer brands.
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and matrixed stakeholders, including external agencies and technical teams.
- Strong organisational and programme-management capability with experience of Agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills; ability to synthesise commercial needs into actionable digital requirements.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, CRM and digital marketing ecosystems and associated vendor landscapes.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in digital project or programme management, with a minimum of several projects delivered end-to-end; prior exposure to luxury retail or premium services strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
