DevOps Automation Engineer
Richemont is hiring a DevOps Automation Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal — lead CI/CD, IaC and platform automation for the group's digital services.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment workflows for web and microservice applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Deploy, operate and optimize container orchestration platforms and runtime environments to ensure availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, QA and security teams to embed automation, observability and security controls into delivery pipelines.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems to drive incident detection and rapid remediation.
- Author and maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams and operational documentation; participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Drive automation of repeatable tasks to reduce manual operations, improve reliability and lower time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering automation and infrastructure projects in production environments.
- Strong scripting ability (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with Linux system administration.
- Demonstrable experience with CI/CD tooling, infrastructure-as-code and container technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals and operational best practices for cloud or hybrid platforms.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in DevOps, platform engineering or automation roles with hands-on responsibility for CI/CD, infrastructure automation and production operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
