Deputy Boutique Manager
Richemont seeks a Deputy Boutique Manager in Vienna to support boutique operations, lead the sales team and deliver exemplary luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day store leadership to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and motivate client advisors; lead by example in clienteling, product knowledge and service standards.
- Manage staffing logistics: scheduling, shift management, performance feedback and recruitment support.
- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare concise performance reports; implement corrective action plans to maximise revenue and conversion.
- Oversee boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store presentation to ensure alignment with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Organise and execute client events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to cultivate high-value relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (typically 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a leadership role).
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams to high service and performance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discrete service manner appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Solid organisational aptitude, including experience with stock management, cash reconciliation and boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
A background of at least three years in luxury or premium retail, including demonstrable supervisory responsibility and hands-on involvement in boutique operations and client service.
Education
Secondary education with vocational retail/hospitality training or equivalent; a degree or diploma in business, retail management or luxury brand management is advantageous.
