Deputy Boutique Manager
Richemont seeks a Deputy Boutique Manager in Prague to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily boutique operations and ensure the highest level of client service consistent with maison standards.
- Drive sales performance against targets through proactive clienteling, lead generation and conversion management.
- Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; lead by example in sales techniques, visual standards and service rituals.
- Oversee merchandising and visual presentation to maintain brand identity and optimise selling space.
- Manage inventory processes, stock control, receiving and loss-prevention procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Execute administrative duties including sales reporting, KPI monitoring and local regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and performance appraisals for boutique team members.
- Collaborate with regional management and cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM, client services) to implement campaigns and client events.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with strong coaching and team-management skills.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills, with the ability to cultivate high-value and repeat clientele.
- Organisational discipline in stock management, cash handling and store compliance.
- Legal right to work in the Czech Republic.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of experience in luxury retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant-managerial role, demonstrating progressive responsibility for sales, team coaching and boutique operations.
Education
Secondary education required; Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or related field preferred.
