Deputy Boutique Manager
Richemont seeks a Deputy Boutique Manager in Jeddah to support boutique operations, lead the sales team and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, clienteling and service standards.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve individual and boutique targets; deliver ongoing training on product knowledge and luxury service.
- Drive sales performance through active clienteling, personalised follow-up and implementation of local commercial initiatives.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand guidelines; coordinate product placement, displays and seasonal rollout.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and reconciliation; implement loss-prevention procedures and compliance policies.
- Assist with recruitment, staff scheduling and performance reviews; act as point of escalation for client issues and after-sales service.
- Prepare routine sales and operational reports for regional management and participate in local marketing and VIP events.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience within luxury retail or an upscale boutique environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a multicultural sales team.
- Fluent communication skills and polished client-facing manner appropriate for a luxury clientele.
- Knowledge of retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising and loss-prevention best practices.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a boutique environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
