Richemont is hiring a Deputy Boutique Manager in Hamburg to support boutique operations and drive luxury client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in daily boutique operations and ensure seamless customer service across all client touchpoints.
  • Drive sales performance and actively contribute to achieving and exceeding boutique KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop boutique staff; plan rotas and ensure team adherence to service standards and brand protocols.
  • Manage clienteling and CRM activities to cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain brand image and seasonal directives.
  • Control inventory, stock movement and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate deliveries and stock reconciliation.
  • Handle transactional responsibilities including POS operations, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
  • Coordinate in-store events, private client appointments and after-sales service in close collaboration with the Maison team.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience within luxury retail or a premium boutique environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, with polished service etiquette.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in stock control and boutique presentation.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English preferred for daily client and team interactions.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings as required.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including supervisory or assistant management responsibilities within a boutique or premium store.

Education

Secondary education with vocational training in retail, hospitality or business; a degree in business, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
