Data Project Management Intern
Richemont — Meyrin: Data Project Management Intern supporting analytics, reporting and cross‑functional projects at the Geneva‑area luxury group.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, tracking and delivering cross‑functional data initiatives across business units.
- Collect, clean and validate datasets from multiple sources to prepare for analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and ad‑hoc reports to monitor project KPIs and business metrics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (product, IT, supply chain, commercial teams) to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare executive‑level slide decks and progress updates for sponsors and steering committees.
- Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, risk logs and change requests.
- Perform basic data analysis, root‑cause investigations and quality assurance on datasets and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work on quantitative academic projects or prior internships.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and confident presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic programming in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Organised, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a matrix environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Experience
Prior internship experience or academic project work in data analysis, business intelligence, or project coordination is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated exposure to cross‑functional projects or analytics coursework is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related).
