Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare trade documents and materials related to the export of repair items.
  • Input repair requests for headquarters in Switzerland and France.
  • Create export documents and materials, including SAP system processing.
  • Handle processing of imported items post-repair completion.
  • Verify physical items and repair details with headquarters and process in SAP system.
  • Manage cost settlement processes related to exports and imports.
  • Support semi-custom order reception and shipment, including inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
  • Business-level English proficiency in writing; speaking skills preferred.

Skills

Fast and accurate data entry; SAP experience preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills within and outside the team. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. Capability to balance speed and performance quality. Experience in luxury brand industry preferred. High motivation for improvement and problem-solving.

Experience

At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the luxury brand industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
