Richemont in Meyrin seeks a CTO Portfolio Management Intern to support IT portfolio governance, reporting and PMO activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the CTO Office in the governance and oversight of the IT project and programme portfolio, including intake, prioritisation and lifecycle tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain consolidated portfolio reporting, dashboards and KPI trackers for senior stakeholders and executive reviews.
  • Assist with financial monitoring of projects: tracking budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in collaboration with PMs and finance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture actions and follow up to ensure alignment across IT, business units and external suppliers.
  • Contribute to risk and issue registers, escalating material concerns and proposing mitigation options.
  • Perform data analysis to identify portfolio trends, capacity constraints and optimisation opportunities.
  • Document processes, templates and working papers to strengthen PMO artefacts and reproducibility.
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives related to IT roadmapping, demand management and delivery improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts (PMO, programme/portfolio governance, Agile and/or Waterfall lifecycle).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Internship-level role. Candidates should demonstrate prior internship, university project or other practical exposure to IT delivery, PMO support or project reporting. No extensive professional experience required; emphasis is on analytical ability and a pragmatic, service-oriented approach.

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
