CRM Operations Intern
Richemont — Paris: CRM Operations Intern (July 2026). Support CRM campaign setup, segmentation and reporting across Richemont maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the setup and execution of CRM campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, push), ensuring timing and content align with campaign calendars.
- Build and maintain audience segments and target lists according to marketing briefs and business rules.
- Perform data quality checks and assist with routine CRM hygiene tasks to ensure deliverability and database integrity.
- Produce regular campaign and CRM performance reports; extract insights and recommend optimisations.
- Coordinate with brand marketing, e‑commerce, boutique teams and external agencies to gather assets, validate content and ensure campaign readiness.
- Participate in testing and QA of email templates, links and tracking; document test results and follow up on fixes.
- Contribute to automation workflows, A/B tests and simple campaign personalisation projects under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications or a related discipline (required for internship status).
- Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign KPIs and basic data tables.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform systematic QA.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience
Prior internship experience in CRM, digital marketing or e‑commerce is advantageous but not mandatory; the role suits a candidate with academic exposure to CRM or data-driven marketing and hands-on experience from coursework or short placements.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications or a closely related field.
