Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRC (Customer/Component Repair Centre) quality program by collecting, cleaning and analysing quality and service data to identify trends and deviations.
- Assist in root-cause investigations and the preparation of non-conformance reports, corrective actions and continuous-improvement proposals.
- Contribute to internal quality audits, process mapping and documentation updates to ensure compliance with established standards and service-level agreements.
- Prepare concise reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders, summarising findings and recommended actions.
- Perform hands-on inspection and testing of returned items under supervision, ensuring accurate recording of defects and dispositions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science, quality management or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a demonstrable interest in quality systems, problem solving and process improvement.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple small projects and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience
Previous internship or project experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, after-sales service or a laboratory/testing environment is preferred but not required.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
