Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the corporate legal team on business law matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, service agreements and NDAs.
  • Assist with corporate governance and secretarial duties: preparation of board and shareholders' documents, minute-taking and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis in French and EU commercial law to advise internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external counsels on litigation, M&A or regulatory projects and assist in matter management.
  • Contribute to compliance and risk-mitigation initiatives, including contract lifecycle management and policy implementation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in Law, with a specialisation in Business/Corporate Law (Droit des Affaires).
  • Demonstrable interest in corporate and commercial law, with previous internships in an in-house legal department or law firm preferred.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional-level French and good working knowledge of English.
  • Eligibility for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract under French regulations.

Experience
