Richemont seeks a Corporate HR Intern in New York to support talent acquisition, onboarding and HR projects for its corporate functions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate HR team with end-to-end recruitment tasks including job posting management, resume screening and interview coordination.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding logistics, documentation, and orientation scheduling to ensure a seamless employee entry experience.
- Maintain and update HR data in the HRIS and internal trackers; prepare routine reports and consolidate metrics for HR stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations: calendar management, meeting minutes, and cross-functional coordination.
- Contribute to HR projects and process-improvement initiatives, conducting research and preparing presentation materials as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and data-protection standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and polished professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury corporate environment.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Experience
Previous internship or campus experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative support is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to office processes or HR-related coursework.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
