Controlling & Reporting Manager
Richemont is hiring a Controlling & Reporting Manager in Seoul — lead financial reporting, consolidation and management reporting for luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead month‑end close and ensure timely, accurate management and statutory reporting for assigned legal entities and business units.
- Prepare and present consolidated management reports, KPI dashboards and variance analyses to local management and Group stakeholders.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and rolling‑forecast cycles; translate strategic targets into operational financial plans.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance with IFRS and Group reporting policies; support external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements and reporting automation (tools and templates) to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain and retail teams to provide financial insight that supports margin, inventory and working‑capital optimization.
- Manage and develop a small team of financial analysts; allocate resources and set priorities to meet reporting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust internal controls and to respond to external audit queries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non‑financial audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing finance professionals.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, consolidation or management reporting within a multinational environment; prior exposure to retail, luxury goods or consumer goods finance is highly desirable. Experience leading a small team and interacting with Group headquarters and external auditors is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in accounting/finance is advantageous.
