Communications Platform Migration Project Manager
Richemont is hiring a Communications Platform Migration Project Manager in London — lead cross-brand platform migrations and stakeholder governance for the luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of communications/collaboration platform migration(s), ensuring alignment with programme objectives, timelines and budget.
- Define project governance, establish milestones, manage dependencies and maintain a consolidated programme plan across stakeholders and brands.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and internal IT teams for technical design, data migration, integration, testing and cutover activities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement with senior business and IT sponsors, communicating status, risks and mitigation plans to executive audiences.
- Oversee risk and issue management, change control, and post-migration support including escalation paths and operational handover.
- Design and execute migration validation (UAT), data integrity checks, and end-user acceptance criteria.
- Develop and deliver training and change adoption programmes in partnership with HR/communications to ensure business readiness.
- Track financials and resources for the migration programme and report on key performance indicators and benefits realisation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing medium-to-large IT or communications platform migrations.
- Experience coordinating multi-vendor engagements and cross-functional global stakeholders.
- Strong programme governance experience with change-management and adoption delivery.
- Professional project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Fluent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to senior leadership.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in IT project or programme management with direct responsibility for communications or collaboration platform migrations, integrations or large-scale infrastructure rollouts across international organisations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Communications or related discipline; Master's degree or equivalent professional qualifications advantageous.
