Communications Manager
Richemont seeks a Communications Manager in Miami to lead PR, media relations and strategic storytelling for its luxury maisons in the North American market.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communications and PR plans that elevate brand narrative and support commercial and brand-building objectives in the Miami/North American market.
- Manage media relations including proactive pitching, press release drafting, interview coordination and relationship management with national and trade journalists.
- Lead integrated communications programs across earned, owned and partnered channels, ensuring consistency of message and creative direction with maison and corporate brand teams.
- Oversee crisis and issues communications, preparing holding statements, Q&A materials and senior-spokesperson briefing notes as required.
- Coordinate with marketing, retail, events and digital teams to align campaign launches, product stories and influencer activity with press outreach.
- Manage external agencies and vendors, setting briefs, monitoring deliverables and measuring PR ROI through coverage analysis and reporting.
- Produce and edit high-quality editorial content, executive communications, backgrounders and investor-facing materials when required.
- Track media coverage and communications KPIs, delivering regular performance reports and recommendations for optimisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven expertise in luxury, fashion, jewellery or watches communications with strong understanding of lifestyle and trade media ecosystems.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with an ability to craft clear messages for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing media relationships and leading issues/crisis response.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience briefing senior executives.

Education
