Richemont is hiring a Commercial Performance Manager in Macau to drive sales analysis, forecasting and KPI optimisation for luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, monitor and optimise commercial KPIs across retail and wholesale channels; deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reports and executive dashboards.
- Build and maintain forecasting, sell-through and inventory models to support buying, allocation and replenishment decisions.
- Analyse sales, margin and inventory trends to identify growth opportunities, assortment gaps and pricing/markdown strategies.
- Lead monthly commercial business reviews with retail, wholesale and finance stakeholders and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Partner with Regional Sales, Merchandising and Store Operations to shape promotional calendars, product launches and distribution strategies.
- Develop and automate reporting processes and self-service analytics to improve decision speed and accuracy.
- Support budget setting and long-range commercial planning; track delivery against targets and recommend corrective actions.
- Coach and influence cross-functional teams to adopt a metrics-driven approach to commercial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to translate commercial data into strategic recommendations and operational plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience presenting to senior management.
- Demonstrated leadership or project ownership experience in a matrixed, multi-brand environment.
- Knowledge of luxury retail dynamics and client-focused selling models.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of commercial analysis or business performance experience within retail, with at least 2–3 years in a role with managerial or project leadership responsibilities; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience strongly preferred. Experience covering Greater China / APAC markets is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
