Commercial Performance Manager
Richemont is hiring a Commercial Performance Manager in Hong Kong for NEA — regional sales analytics, forecasting and commercial strategy.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and monitor regional commercial KPIs and dashboards for North‑East Asia; translate performance metrics into actionable plans for boutiques, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, preparing clear executive reports, variance analysis and recommendations for pricing, promotion and assortment optimisations.
- Develop sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory allocation models in collaboration with planning and supply chain teams to maximise sell‑through and margin.
- Partner with regional sales, marketing and CRM teams to design commercial initiatives, promotional calendars and clienteling strategies that improve conversion and AOV.
- Manage ad hoc commercial analyses (pricing elasticity, cohort analysis, markdown optimisation) to support pricing strategy and trade decisions.
- Design and maintain automated reporting (Power BI/Tableau, SQL queries) and ensure data integrity across ERP and retail systems (SAP/Sales platforms).
- Coach and influence regional stakeholders through presentation of insights and commercially actionable roadmaps; support implementation and track outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools to accelerate decision‑making and scale best practices across markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven capability to structure complex commercial problems, synthesize large datasets and present concise executive recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing regional leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- High level of commercial acumen with a focus on margin management, pricing and inventory optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into operational actions and measure impact.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in commercial analytics, business intelligence or merchandising roles within luxury retail, premium consumer goods or high‑end omnichannel retail, with exposure to regional (Asia) operations preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
