Richemont seeks a Commercial Operations Manager in Macau to lead inventory, forecasting and retail operations for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise end-to-end commercial operations across retail and wholesale channels in the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with Maison strategies.
  • Drive inventory management and stock flow governance, including allocation, replenishment, transfers and day-to-day stock accuracy.
  • Produce and present weekly/monthly commercial performance reporting and forecasts; translate KPIs into actionable plans for sales, merchandising and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Lead pricing, promotions and markdown execution to protect margin while maximising sell-through.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with merchandising, logistics, retail, finance and IT to implement process improvements and system rollouts.
  • Design and maintain SOPs, controls and compliance frameworks to safeguard product integrity and operational standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with maison commercial teams and external partners to resolve operational escalations and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coach local teams on commercial processes, KPI literacy and best practices to raise operational maturity.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in commercial or retail operations, preferably within luxury goods, fashion, watches or jewellery.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience in forecasting, inventory optimisation and P&L interpretation.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to control, process and auditability.
  • Commercial acumen with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to balancing revenue and margin objectives.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in commercial operations, retail operations or sales operations, with preference for candidates who have worked within the luxury or premium retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; advanced business qualifications (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
