Commercial Operations Director
Richemont seeks a Commercial Operations Director in Plan‑les‑Ouates, Switzerland to lead commercial strategy and operations across its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial operations strategy to maximise revenue and margin across maisons and channels.
- Own P&L delivery, sales forecasting, assortment and inventory optimisation tied to short‑ and long‑term commercial plans.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with buying, supply chain, marketing, retail, digital and finance to ensure alignment and flawless go‑to‑market execution.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting frameworks and business reviews to drive performance improvements and data‑driven decision making.
- Sponsor initiatives to optimise commercial processes, implement best practices and manage change across regional and global teams.
- Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing commercial operations team; recruit and develop talent and govern stakeholder relations at senior levels.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership record in commercial operations, retail or wholesale within luxury goods or premium consumer brands.
- Strong financial literacy with direct responsibility for P&L, forecasting and margin management.
- Demonstrated capability in cross‑functional stakeholder management and complex programme delivery.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages (French, Italian or German) advantageous for a Geneva‑based, multi‑brand role.

Experience
Extensive senior‑level experience (typically 8–12+ years) in commercial operations, retail or sales operations within luxury or premium consumer sectors, with a record of leading cross‑border teams and delivering measurable revenue and margin improvement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
