Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Excellence project team in planning and executing cross‑functional initiatives to improve commercial performance.
  • Collect, cleanse and analyse sales, inventory and KPI data to produce regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, executive‑grade presentations and documentation for project reviews and steering committees.
  • Coordinate with retail, wholesale, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely roll‑out of commercial actions and trainings.
  • Maintain project trackers, monitor timelines and escalate risks; contribute to process mapping and continuous improvement proposals.
  • Assist with pilot deployments, roll‑outs and post‑implementation performance measurement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Luxury Management, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data consolidation).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce polished executive materials.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Available to start in July 2026 for the internship period as required by the programme.

Experience

Previous internship or project experience in retail operations, commercial analytics, consulting or a similar commercial environment is highly desirable; experience supporting cross‑departmental projects is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's candidate in Business, Luxury Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
