Commercial Director, South
Richemont is hiring a Commercial Director, South in Miami to lead regional commercial strategy, P&L and partner relationships for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy and annual business plan for the South region, aligning with maison and group objectives.
- Own regional P&L, set sales targets, monitor performance and deliver revenue, margin and inventory objectives.
- Lead, mentor and coordinate cross-functional and in-market teams (sales, wholesale, retail operations, marketing and supply chain) to execute go-to-market plans.
- Develop and manage key wholesale and retail partnerships, negotiate commercial terms and drive channel performance.
- Oversee assortment, pricing, allocation and inventory cadence to optimise sell-through and cash conversion.
- Translate consumer insight and market intelligence into actionable initiatives, promotional calendars and product placement.
- Drive omnichannel integration with a focus on clienteling, CRM adoption and e‑commerce growth where applicable.
- Establish and report on KPIs, forecasts and budgets; present performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing commercial operations at regional level within the luxury sector (watches, jewellery, leather goods or adjacent categories).
- Track record of P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and experience managing wholesale and retail partner relationships.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across markets.
- Capacity to operate in a fast-moving, culturally diverse environment and to travel within the region as required.

Experience
Senior commercial leader with substantial luxury-sector experience. Typically 8+ years of progressive commercial experience with at least 3 years in a regional or country leadership role responsible for P&L, wholesale partnerships and multi-channel distribution.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
