Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Dubai to deliver exemplary luxury clienteling and achieve boutique sales targets.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, bespoke appointments and private client events.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across relevant maisons; present and demonstrate product stories with authority and discretion.
  • Manage client data and interaction records accurately within the store CRM; follow up on leads and service requests promptly.
  • Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and boutique presentation consistent with house standards.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and repairs with accuracy and full compliance with company cash and security procedures.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles (typically 2+ years) with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to engage affluent, international clientele.
  • Strong commercial acumen and aptitude for clienteling and relationship development.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal entitlement to work in the UAE.

Experience
