Richemont seeks a Client Experience Ambassador in Zurich to deliver personalised clienteling and elevate luxury boutique service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service across all touchpoints, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through clienteling, follow-up and tailored outreach.
  • Manage appointments, private viewings and VIP events to create bespoke client experiences.
  • Use CRM to record client preferences, purchase history and interaction notes to enable tailored service and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with boutique sales teams, visual merchandising and marketing to ensure consistent brand presentation and client journeys.
  • Drive sales performance through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling while meeting individual and store targets.
  • Coordinate after-sales service, repairs and bespoke requests with internal and external partners to ensure seamless client resolution.
  • Contribute to store standards, reporting and operational processes to enhance the in-store experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality or private-client services.
  • Demonstrable track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships and achieving sales objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and a polished professional demeanour appropriate to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority client requests and events.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and attend client events as required.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or private-client service roles, with demonstrable client acquisition and retention results.
