Richemont seeks a Client Advisor in Zurich to provide exceptional boutique service and drive sales for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience in accordance with maison standards; cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and boutique targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across collections and communicate craftsmanship, materials and provenance effectively to clients.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, including cash and card handling, returns and after‑sales service coordination.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, ensure curated presentation of product and maintain store stock integrity.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, update client profiles and support targeted outreach and events.
- Support boutique operations including inventory control, stock intake, housekeeping and participation in client events or trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury sales with a client‑centric approach; previous boutique or high‑end retail experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and adapt communication to affluent clientele.
- Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Professional presentation and confidence representing a luxury maison in face‑to‑face client engagements.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional events.
Skills
Experience
Previous client‑facing retail experience is required; 1+ years in luxury or premium retail is preferred. Experience using CRM and POS systems in a boutique environment is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is an advantage.
