Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to affluent and discerning clients through consultative selling and meticulous clienteling.
  • Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets and commercial priorities through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate provenance, materials and craftsmanship with authority.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation adhere to brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Operate POS systems, manage transactions and assist with stock control, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows; collaborate with the store team and central functions to execute client initiatives.
  • Uphold corporate policies, compliance and after-sales protocols, ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail, boutique or high-value sales environments.
  • Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills tailored to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong numeracy and transaction-handling capabilities; familiarity with POS operations.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in Japan.

Experience
