Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to affluent and discerning clients through consultative selling and meticulous clienteling.
- Achieve and contribute to boutique sales targets and commercial priorities through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate provenance, materials and craftsmanship with authority.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation adhere to brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Operate POS systems, manage transactions and assist with stock control, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows; collaborate with the store team and central functions to execute client initiatives.
- Uphold corporate policies, compliance and after-sales protocols, ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail, boutique or high-value sales environments.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills tailored to high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong numeracy and transaction-handling capabilities; familiarity with POS operations.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in Japan.

Experience
Minimum of approximately 2 years' experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, high-value transactions and repeat business generation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or customer service preferred.
